This raffle is sponsored by Guardian Angel Ministries, Inc., a Florida nonprofit organization (“Sponsor”).

This raffle is conducted in accordance with applicable Florida law.

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The raffle is open to:

• Legal residents of the United States

• 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Guardian Angel Ministries and its partners are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. RAFFLE PERIOD

The raffle begins on January 1, 2026 and ends on July 4, 2026 (“Raffle Period”).

Entries received outside the Raffle Period will not be eligible.

5. HOW TO ENTER

A. Entry with Purchase (Optional)

Participants may enter the raffle by purchasing raffle tickets through the official raffle page during the Raffle Period.

Each ticket represents one (1) entry, unless otherwise stated on the website.

B. FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)

To enter without purchase, mail a handwritten entry including:

• Full name

• Mailing address

• Phone number

• Email address

Mail-in entries must be received by June 1, 2026 to be eligible.
Limit one (1) free mail-in entry per person.

6. PRIZE DETAILS

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive their choice of:

Option A:
A motorcycle of the winner’s choice with a maximum retail value of $25,000 USD, including applicable taxes and fees up to the maximum value.

OR

Option B:
A $25,000 USD cash prize.

No substitution or transfer of prize permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Raffle Period.

8. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on July 4, 2026.

The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the drawing.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. PRIZE CONDITIONS

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees:

• To release and hold harmless Guardian Angel Ministries and its partners

• To allow use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries

• Technical failures of any kind

• Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize use

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the raffle if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the raffle.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
